Nicola Macale

I mainly work with small business clients, handling their Xero bookkeeping and other administrative duties. I also do payroll, job costing, invoicing and on boarding. Sometimes I work closely with accounting firms to assist them with AML compliance and client portfolio management.

My career started in telecommunications and progressed to a home based day care business. I developed extensive experience with roles in administration in the education sector, which also included payroll.

I am future focused and love to modernise processes with, easy-to-use tools, like automated systems and cloud-based solutions.
